Meet the President and Founder
David Gladwin, MS, PMP
David is a results-driven operations executive respected for 14+ years of experience leading global business and strategy implementation to achieve organizational objectives. He has a proven track record as a certified project manager for deploying innovative solutions for complex, industry-shaping projects as well as driving operational excellence in fast-paced business environments.
Formerly, as Vice President of Operations at an engineering and manufacturing firm in Florida, David was instrumental in driving executive strategic planning and developing data-driven decision making tools that were deployed across the business. He led a diverse team of engineers, technicians, administrative staff, and operations personnel to execute the company’s strategic vision in a fast-paced, research and innovation-driven environment. Additionally, he was responsible for developing and launching a new platform and processes for all accounting functions at the organization while also owning all financial reporting duties.
In various past roles, David served as project manager for many significant projects – including new product development, new business segment launches, ERP software transition and implementation, HR program development, as well as establishment of versatile business forecasting models, amongst many others.
He started Strategic Pathways Consulting in order to further his passion for helping small businesses. He loves the complex challenges that are in the nature of small businesses and finding clever solutions to turn them into opportunities.
